Onrope Group is committed to the integrity, ensuring anonymity, and protection of the whistleblower and the prohibition of retaliation against him/her.
We ensure the confidentiality of the identity of the person reporting, as well as third party (s) mentioned in the complaint.
The identity of the whistleblower and the information that allows the identity of the whistleblower to be deduced are confidential and access is restricted to the persons responsible for following up the report.
Protection and Non-Retaliation
Onrope Group provides protection to the person who, in good faith, and having serious grounds that the information provided is true, reports a violation.

Reports cannot be used as grounds for disciplinary action or any discriminatory practice against the person making the report, unless the report is deliberate and manifestly unfounded.
Offenses related to acts of harassment or fraud can be reported.
- Harassment, for offences constituting psychological or sexual harassment.
- Fraud, for offenses or crimes that include acts of corruption and related offenses, conflict of interest, data protection of individuals and other offenses that jeopardize the good name of the Onrope group.
